A: If a spouse curses another, their marriage does not become unlawful and divorce does not occur. (Part No. 26; Page No. 63) However, cursing each other is one of the major sins; therefore; they should repent and seek forgiveness from Allah for their act and apologize to the one cursed.May Allah grant us success.
