Is Niqab a desirable or an obligatory act?
Q 2: Is wearing Niqab (face veil) desirable act or an obligation?
A: A woman should cover up in front of non-Mahrams (not a spouse or an unmarriageable relative), and this covering includes her face. This is one of the greatest virtues and morals. It leads to chastity, protecting honor, and purifying the environment from corruption. (Part No. 17; Page No. 171) May Allah grant us success.
