Is it better for young men to continue

Q 2: A student is registered at a university, but he does not study there. Only when the grants are distributed, he goes to take his grant, given that this grant is made for students who study in the university. Is it Halal (lawful) or Haram (prohibited) for him to take this grant?

A: If this grant is allocated by the officials for those who are registered and attend classes, it is impermissible for a student to take it without attending the classes, unless they are absent for a reasonable excuse.May Allah grant us success.
