Is a woman's husband a Mahram to her paternal grandmother?
Q 1: Is a woman's husband a Mahram (unmarriageable relative) to her paternal grandmother or not? Is it permissible for her to travel with him and to uncover her face in his presence?
A: A women's husband is a Mahram to her grandmother whether on a journey or at home. It is also permissible for her to show what a woman is permitted to uncover in the presence of her Mahrams.
