A: If one intends to perform voluntary Hajj and then changes his mind before making Ihram, (Part No. 10; Page No. 124) there is no blame on him. Accordingly, there is no blame on your father with regard to what you have mentioned.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
