Inability of a Mahram to travel with a woman

A: This wife can travel to her husband in the company of one of her Mahrams such as her father, one of her brothers or any other Mahrams. If this is hard, the woman should stay with her family or her husband can travel to bring her and go back. With regards to her travelling without a Mahram from her country to the country where the husband lives, it is not permissible because of the generality of the Prophet's prohibition for women to travel without a Mahram. The person who sent the question knows this. One of the well established rules of Shari`ah is that preventing harm has priority over bringing benefits. Allah (Praised and Exalted be He) knows best.
