If there are more than one Jumu`ah congregations within the same country at times of need

A: If the reality is as you mentioned that the number of the worshippers increases in Ramadan to the degree that the two Masjids do not have room for any other praying people, there will be no blame in renting a hall which could have room for the rest of the worshippers, you could also offer Jumu`ah Prayer and its Khutbah (sermon) in this rented hall, if there are more than one Jumu`ah congregations in only one town at times of need, there will be nothing wrong with that.May Allah grant us success.
