How do we offer Tarawih in congregation

Q 4: Is there a reward for Tarawih (special supererogatory night Prayer in Ramadan) during which the Qur'an is recited quickly?

(Part No. 7; Page No. 198) A: There is nothing wrong with quick recitation unless the meanings are affected. However, slow recitation is preferred according to Allah's saying, And recite the Qur’ân (aloud) in a slow, (pleasant tone and) style. And following the example of the Prophet (peace be upon him) who used to recite the Qur'an slowly in Salah.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
