Having an accident and the death of the other driver
A: If the reality is as you mentioned, you have to make another Kaffarah for causing your son's death in the accident. The Kaffarah is to free a Muslim slave and if you do not find one, you must fast for two consecutive months.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
