Governments ruling according to laws not revealed by Allah
Q 1: It may have come to your knowledge that our government is a secular one that does not pay attention to religion. It governs the country with a constitution prepared by both Muslims and Christians. The question is: Can we call it an Islamic government or a Kafir (non-Islamic) one?
A: If such a government rules according to something other than what is revealed by Allah, then it is not an Islamic government.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
