Going to work and praying while being Junub without having taken Ghusl

A: If one has a wet dream and discharges Maniy (sperm), he must perform Ghusl (full ritual bath). The Salah is not valid without bathing to cleanse oneself of Janabah. Allah (Exalted be He) says: If you are in a state of Janâba (i.e. after a sexual discharge), purify yourselves (bathe your whole body). May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
