Fulfilling a will as devised, provided that it does not exceed one third of the estate

A: As for her vowing to give her share of inheritance from her father to your children, this can be proved through the judge of the town where the property is located. As for her will concerning offering two cows to distribute their meat over the poor and needy after her death, her will has to be implemented following her death. (Part No. 16; Page No. 413) This is in case the will was proved by the Shari`ah evidence, and the value of the two cows do not exceed one-third of her money. May Allah grant us success.
