Following the government laid system for hospital treatment

Q 8: It is well known that treatment in the hospitals of the Ministry of Health is free for certain segments of society. Supposing that there are poor people who cannot afford the costs of treatment in private hospitals, am I sinful if I examine patients who do not deserve the free treatment that is provided in public hospitals?

A: You have to abide by the regulations and the policies set by the government for hospitals to achieve benefit and ward off harm. (Part No. 23; Page No. 456) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
