Foam mixed with water to extinguish fires

A: If this foam, which is mixed with water and used in putting out fires, is made of impure substances that change the characteristics of water, it will not be permissible to use it in performing Wudu'. If it is made of pure substances, there is nothing wrong with performing Wudu' using the water which is mixed with it as long as the foam does not predominate or change the characteristics of the water.May Allah grant us success.
