Showing sincerity as an employee

A: Being sincere when working as an employee or someone who is hired to do a job means to perform the work in accordance with what is required and agreed to in the work contract or by the employment system. It part of the Amanah that it is obligatory to fulfill, as Allah (Exalted be He) says (what means): Verily, Allâh commands that you should render back the trusts to those to whom they are due (Part No. 15; Page No. 156) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
