Mudarabah partnership (speculative partnership, giving an amount of money to trade with in return for a share in the profit) is to pay a fix known amount of money to someone in order to do business with it in return for a fixed percentage of the common profit such as a quarter. So money is paid by one person and the other does the whole job in return for the fixed percentage of the profit. If no percentage is fixed for the worker, he shall receive the same percentage of his peers in return for his work and the whole profit will be for the owner of capital.
