Is it permissible to offer Salah

Q: Is it permissible for a Khatib (preacher) during the Khutbah (sermon) to advise people (Part No. 8; Page No. 245) who abuse others or those who do not offer Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid (two-unit Prayer to salute the mosque) out of ignorance?

A: It is prescribed for a Khatib to advise those who abuse people inside the Masjid (mosque), and those who do not offer Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid to do so, as this was authentically established in the Sunnah (whatever is reported from the Prophet).May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
