Is it permissible to offer Salah

A: Offering Salah behind an Imam who does not place his right hand over his left on his chest is permissible, because placing them on the chest is one of the supererogatory acts of Salah and not a compulsory one and you should not leave him and offer Salah individually.May Allah grant us success.
