Repatriation of a deceased body

Q 2: Is it permissible to bury a Muslim person in a separate grave within the wall of a cemetery of the people of the book? Is there any Prophetic Hadith in this regard?

A: A Muslim person should not be buried in a grave which is located within the disbelievers' cemetery even if it is in a separate part. All that exists within the wall of this cemetery is a part of it.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
