A woman having no one to take care of her in her deceased husband's city

Q 6: What is the ruling on a woman whose husband died in her house and she wants to spend the period of her `Iddah (woman's prescribed waiting period after divorce or widowhood) in another city? Is it permissible for her to move to that city since she has no one to take care of her in the city where her husband died?

(Part No. 20; Page No. 464) A: If the case is as mentioned, that she has no one to take care of her and she cannot manage her affairs on her own, it is permissible for her to move to another city where she can feel safe and has someone to take care of her.
