False oath
A: You have to return to the court where you bore testimony, your relative and you, and declare that you were both lying. It is up to the judge to take the necessary procedures in this regard. You should also make Tawbah (repentance to Allah) for swearing false oaths. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
