Everything the deceased leaves as the sole property of the heirs


A: The money which your grandmother left behind should be distributed to the heirs after (Part No. 16; Page No. 442) settling her debts and executing her will if there is any. If all the heirs or some of them give up their shares in the inheritance and they are adult, it should be given to whoever they gave it to. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
