Essential requirements for the validity of Hajj

A: It is permissible to give the butcher the tail, belly, intestines, craw, skin and legs beside his payment, except if there are other poor people who deserve them more than him, for they should be granted to whoever is more entitled [to take them].May Allah grant us success.
