Drying off water after performing Wudu'


A: Using a towel to dry oneself after performing Wudu' or Ghusl or not using one are both permissible. There is latitude in this regard, all praise be to Allah. However, it is better not to use a towel after Ghusl to be in keeping with the example of the Prophet (peace be upon him).May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
