Deferring the repayment of the loan

A: We do not know of there being anything wrong with that, because the benefit is shared without committing anything forbidden by Shari‘ah (Islamic law). It only entails deferring the repayment of the loan, which is not a problem, according to the more correct of the two opinions of the scholars. (Part No. 14; Page No. 129) May Allah grant us success.
