Clothes ordained for Muslim women

Q 1: If a believing group have the authority in any Muslim country and they propagate virtue and prevent vice as ordered by Allah (Exalted be He) and His Messenger, (Part No. 17; Page No. 212) will women be compelled to wear Niqab (face veil) even though it is a controversial matter?


A: Women, wherever they are, have to veil themselves from non-Mahrams (not a spouse or an unmarriageable relative). May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
