Clothes of a Muslim woman

Q 2: When a German Muslim woman wears a long garment that covers her heels, it becomes wet due to the rain all through the year. Is it permissible for her to wear a garment that comes above her heels with boots or thick stockings?

A: If the situation is as you described, it is permissible for her to wear clothing that is not revealing or clinging to her body and showing her shape, which must cover all of her body to her ankles. She can wear boots or thick stockings with these clothes, as suggested. (Part No. 17; Page No. 96) May Allah grant us success.
