Calling the Qur’an a scientific system

It is better to describe the Qur’an in the same way and with the same words with which it is described in the Book of Allah; that it is a law, a course of life, remembrance, and exhortation. Although it contains the regulations of all religious and life matters of Muslims, we know of no reference to it as a system in the Book or the Sunnah. Accordingly, it is better and safer to use the names used by Allah (Exalted be He) and His Messenger (peace be upon him) when referring to the Qur’an. Moreover, it is not the first system as mentioned by the Imam concerned. Several revealed Divine Books preceded the Qur’an and conveyed the Guidance of Allah (Exalted be He) to humanity, like the Tawrah (Torah) and the Injil (Gospel). The Qur’an remains the noblest, greatest and most perfect of all Sacred Books. Allah (Exalted be He) says: And We have sent down to you the Book (the Qur’an) as an exposition of everything, a guidance, a mercy, and glad tidings for those who have submitted themselves (to Allâh as Muslims). (Part No. 4; Page No. 123) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
