Bringing workers without giving them any work
A: It is impermissible for a person to sponsor a foreigner in return for a sum of money, as this violates the system created by the authorities, and it entails taking people's money wrongfully. Allah (Exalted be He) says, And eat up not one another’s property unjustly (in any illegal way e.g. stealing, robbing, deceiving, etc.) (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2: 188). May Allah grant us success.
