Ayat-ul-Kursy

Q 2: When I recite Ayat-ul-Kursy (the Qur’anic Verse of Allah’s Chair, Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:255), should I stop at Allah's Statement: And He is the Most High, the Most Great. Or should I complete the recitation to the following Ayah (Qur'anic verse): There is no compulsion in religion.

A: Ayat-ul-Kursy is only Allah's Statement: Allâh! Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), Al-Hayyul-Qayyum (the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists). (Part No. 3; Page No. 108) Up to the end of the Ayah, which is Allah's Statement: And He is the Most High, the Most Great. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
