Authorizing others to perform Hajj on behalf of oneself

Q: I am psychologically sick and my case gets worse with crowds.My question is: Is it permissible to authorize someone else to perform Hajj on my behalf due to my physical disability to perform Hajj myself, taking into consideration that I have never performed Hajj before?

A: If you are permanently unable to perform Hajj, you should authorize someone else to perform the obligation of Hajj on your behalf. You should pay him the financial expenses of Hajj, provided that they have already performed their own obligatory Hajj first.May Allah grant us success.
