Q 4:
what is the ruling on performing Qiran Hajj (combining Hajj and `Umrah without a break in between) without slaughtering, feeding poor people, or observing Sawm (fasting)?
Given that this person left
Makkah,
Hajj is over and they are now far from the Sacred House of Allah.
A:
This person should slaughter an animal which will be sufficient as an Ud-hiyah (sacrificial animal offered by non-pilgrims), because they performed Qiran Hajj. This should be done in
Makkah, whether in person or by the authorization of a trusted person who distributes it among the poor people. They may also eat from it and distribute part of it among whoever they want. If they can not slaughter an animal, they should observe Sawm for ten days.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
