A person works for an official

Q: Is it permissible for a male Muslim not to attend the congregational Salah (Prayer) due to being busy with his studies and class times?

A: Male Muslims have to perform obligatory Salahs at the Masjid (mosque) with the congregation. They are not permitted to miss the congregational Salah except for a Shar‘y (Islamic legal) excuse, such as illness or fear. Accordingly, being busy with studies is not a valid excuse for missing the congregational Salahs. (Part No. 8; Page No. 57) May Allah grant us success.
