A non-traveler offering Salah behind a traveler

A: First: It is not permissible for a traveler to combine or shorten Salah after arriving at a place where they will stay for more than four days. (Part No. 6; Page No. 467) Second: If a traveler offers Salah behind a resident Imam, the Sunnah (action following the teachings of the Prophet) is to complete the Salah with the Imam and it is not permitted for them to shorten it. However, if the traveler does so, they are required to offer it again.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
