A doctor taking a percentage from the lab to which he sends patients
A: It is impermissible for a laboratory owner to give the doctor who sends the patients to his laboratory a share of the money. This is considered prohibited bribery. (Part No. 23; Page No. 568) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
