A divorcee who remarried inheriting from her first husband
Q: Is a divorced woman who got married to another husband entitled to inherit from her ex-husband?
A: A woman who has been given an irrevocable divorce or a revocable one but her `Iddah (woman's prescribed waiting period after divorce or widowhood) has already expired is not entitled to inherit anything from her ex-husband.
