A baby suffocating after its sister held it tightly


A: This baby's sister does not have to pay Kaffarah (expiation) for her sister's death, as she was underage at that time, so she is not considered sinful. Her parents are not considered sinful either; they do not have to pay Kaffarah for the death of (Part No. 21; Page No. 370) the baby, as they did not cause it.May Allah grant us success.
